OC-Founded Rotisserie Chicken Restaurant Opens at Irvine Spectrum Center

The newest restaurant to open at the Irvine Spectrum Center serves all things chicken, spun on a rotisserie and never fried. Originally from Lebanon, owner Rashad Moumneh founded Dizzy Bird with a desire to serve his halal and hormone-free chicken in whole pieces, bowls and wraps with loads of sides like sweet potatoes, pita bread and pickles.

Dizzy Bird uses the Mediterranean spatchcock method of roasting, where chefs cut the bird to lay flat while roasting over an open flame. This sets Dizzy Bird apart from other rotisserie preparation methods, allowing them more surface area to lock in juices and taste. Make sure to try the viral silly wrap, made with their signature chicken, lemon-garlic roasted potatoes and Dizzy Bird sauce. The traditional Lebanese flavors found in every dish will leave you wanting more.

Indulge in fresh ingredients and juicy chicken at Dizzy Bird’s second location at the Irvine Spectrum Center.
