The food scene in the Irvine Spectrum Center heats up this July

With the weather heating up, it’s time to give the oven a break. Try out these four tasty new spots opening in July 2023. 

Sprinkles Cupcakes

Sprinkles Cupcakes has pioneered cupcakes since they first opened their doors in 2005. With innovative flavors each month, they have treats everyone will love. Try a gooey chocolate chip cookie or decadent brownie alongside your cupcake of choice. Their new location in the Irvine Spectrum Center is not one to miss. 

Roll ‘Em Up, Taquitos

The made-to-order Roll-Em-Up Taquitos opens in the Irvine Spectrum Center this July. Customize your taquitos made to order with fillings like beef, chicken, potato and cheese. In addition, their mouthwatering menu features street corn, beans and chips to dip in their array of salsas. Don’t forget to add their homemade guacamole to your order for an experience like no other. 

Sweetgreen

Making its way to Orange County from the East Coast, Sweetgreen finds its home at the Irvine Spectrum Center. This healthful concept serves fresh salads, warm bowls and plates with premade and customizable options. Enjoy peach and goat cheese, barbeque chicken and teriyaki chicken bowls as part of their summer menu. With ingredients sourced by local farmers, this new healthy spot will elevate your lunch and dinner plans. 

Earth Bowl Superfood

As a Southern California staple, smoothie bowls are the perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day. Earth Bowl Superfoods in the Irvine Spectrum Center offers smoothies, chia pudding and overnight oat bowls to mix and match. Top each bowl with fresh fruit, nut butters and other organic toppings. Their menu has multiple vegan options for everyone to enjoy.
